Are there dictionaries (handbooks) containing all possible forms of words?

Are there dictionaries (reference books) containing all possible forms of words (adjectives, nouns in different cases, prepositions, i.e. all possible variants of a lexeme used in writing)?
For spellcheckers, according to the idea, such dictionaries are used, where can I get them?

For Russian - Zaliznyak's dictionary.
About the "English language" tag - I did not understand what exactly you are going to change.
