Recommend firmware for android smartphone with minimal phone and sms functionality. Even better without android at all, and without Linux too.

The question is good and long-suffering :-)
In short, there is no such phone that would suit me. I had to take a smartphone in the hope that I could flexibly configure it. Prices for 3.5 inch smartphones 2-3tr, which is cheaper than for phones that almost suit me :-)
