Are there crm systems for corporate mail?

So I have:
- There are computers running windows 8 that are connected to a local network.
- Beefy Internet. ADSL connection. 10 kb sec.
- there is mail on mail.ru
Problems:
- since everyone needs mail, everyone breaks on mail.ru and the channel is clogged.
- it is not possible to download lunix OS because the Internet is bad. If there was, then I installed the crm system zimbra.
Required:
A lightweight cmr system that will download letters from mail.ru and distribute it to everyone. And which is put on windows.
Or your solutions to this problem.

why not just install thunderbird or any other mail client on these computers, why do we need CRM?
