Are there / commands in the library? And how to do it yourself?

While reading off the Discord library, I came across a slash command from bots. Is there already a method in discord.js to make them easy? And if not, how can you make them yourself through a post request? I tried to understand the python code that is given in the library and at least create such a command through it, but I could not.
