Is there a CMS in nature for reviews?
I have a site with a database of objects, I want to make a separate site with reviews on these objects.
You need something like review.am.ru
And so that users can log in through a social network

That can be done on almost any CMS.
Feedback is a post with additional fields. Any registered user can leave a review. Reviews are published only after moderation. And authorization through social networks, such plugins are in any CMS.
You can make such a site at least on Wordpress, this is already what CMS you worked with, or what kind of programmer you will find.

1. a separate site with reviews - not always justified
2. spam protection, etc. required, maybe is it easier to "attach" a review service to the current site, etc.?
