Are there cheap or free alternatives to ProxyCap?

Hello.

To be brief: ProxyCap for $30 - works, allowing non-SOCKS5 applications to work through it (Outlook etc.)

Free FreeCap - does not work.

What to do? Are there cheaper analogues of proxyCap that work?

Yes, it is necessary under WinXP.

Here it is necessary to try, a friend somehow taxied the traffic by setting up a squid as a transparent proxy, there were also problems there.
You can set it up in a virtual machine.
The question is, why does FreeCap not work for you?

Listen, why do you need socks at all? Describe the situation in more detail, maybe you are digging from the wrong side.

Proxifier $40
personally seemed to me more convenient than free-up and socks-up
