It is interesting to see the dynamics of the increase in the number of bitcoin wallets.
Are there charts like this somewhere?
Is there such a possibility in the system at all? Not the number of transactions in the blockchain, but the number of wallets in the system.

What difference does it make how many wallets? As far as I understand, they can be generated programmatically in any foreseeable number. The number of owners is much more interesting, but again, if I understand correctly, it is not possible to identify wallets of the same owner.
So your question is most likely NO.
