Are there banks with an API for outgoing payments?

Good morning!
Our site receives payments from end customers. We must send this money to suppliers, minus our commission. Now the accountant does this by hand: every week he looks at the register of suppliers and sends money through a client bank.
A solution is very much requested when our backend goes through the register of suppliers, looks to whom and how much money to send and sends them through the bank's API.
Does anyone have experience in this mode? Are there any banks that can do this?

Previously, there was a SB Bank with such functionality.
Now Promsvyazbank and Tochka (a branch of Otkritie Bank) have such opportunities. Alpha has some functionality. Only all this "big trinity" hides it and gives it out extremely reluctantly and not to every client.
There were also self-made bikes for the Vanguard bank - they have a very good client running on pure HTTPS. Payments can be loaded from XLS and CSV templates. Cryptography based on the Java module is used only for signing the payment. Minus - parse HTML. But you can.
This respected uncle oversaw this direction in Alpha until recently. Might give some clue about the matter.

Payment from wallets in favor of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs using free details is available in the QIWI Wallet API:
