I'm a web designer and at the moment I need to set up API controls (Figma graph editor), but I can't write the code myself right now. Tell me if there is an API management service where you can configure the API from any site?

I didn't quite understand what was needed. If you transfer data from one API to another, then there are special universal integration services.
If you need to create your own API to work with your data, then look towards headless CMS, or hasura.io
