Are there any ways to upgrade from 32 to 64 bit architecture bypassing the dvd drive?

Greetings.
I have been using linux for a long time and have lost the habit a little.
I bought a system unit with a 32 bit system.
Can I upgrade it in any way to 64 bit?
Or run the installation of 64 bit from under the current windows.
In my opinion, the capabilities of windows allow this, and I think I once did this.
True, I don’t remember what happened with the architecture, whether it was different.
What will be the effect?

Take my word for it. There is no happiness here. Only a complete (clean) reinstallation. ;-(

bypassing the dvd - upload it to a USB flash drive.

No. The installer will not run from under Windows itself, nor will it let you update from the boot disk. Only format, only hardcore!
