Are there any specific rules for the portfolio of an html-coder?

Hello everybody. Who will tell you if there are certain rules when compiling a portfolio of an html layout designer. Should the description be in a purely business style or is it acceptable to describe your skills in a free form? Is it worth it to paint everything in detail, or is it better not to lay out all the "trump cards" or their absence at once? I would be grateful if you rate what I did: vaweb.name and the section "what I can do" vaweb.name/knowledge.html .

Are there certain rules

No. The main rule is that your portfolio should be liked by the employer. Therefore, "psychological laws" operate.
Your qualities are "Persistence", etc. lead to the Conclusion that you are weakly creative, fit for routine work, without managerial responsibilities and will settle for little money if you promise mountains of gold tomorrow. If that suits you (and I think this is normal for most people) then don't change anything.
The section "WHAT I CAN DO" implies a stack of technologies. According to what is described, the output is "you only know css"
Headers "Code quality", etc. it is readable, but the fact that not everyone will read the small print and will read it only if they arrange headlines, and you "poured water" into them. Apparently it's better to display technology icons in addition to this. Big enough to catch the eye.
Purely beautiful - everything is fine.
