Are there any sources for the Android TV launcher on the Internet?

Good afternoon everyone.
We are planning to develop our own launcher for TV based on Android.
I really liked the current version of the Android TV launcher (preinstalled by Sony, Philips, and also freely available: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.... and I would like to take it for Is
it possible to get the source codes of this launcher somewhere? Perhaps they are available in the "sources" of firmware or on xda? So far, nothing has been found.
