Are there any sleep trackers that support a breath monitor?

You need a tracker in the form of a watch, with support for the following functions:

  • Sleep monitor, namely tracking sleep phases
  • Breath control , there is a suspicion of disturbed breathing during sleep (apnea)
  • Heart rate control
  • Time display, i.e. to look like a regular watch

I would like a gadget in the form of an ordinary wristwatch, which I could put on my hand and wear without answering the stupid questions of others "what is this crap on your hand?". As a rule, in almost any fitness tracker, there is a sleep monitor, heart rate control, and a clock display. But no matter how much I googled, I did not find one with support for a breath monitor.
Perhaps I did not find a device suitable for me due to the huge number of models on the market, because it is physically impossible to study the characteristics of each. Or breath control sensors cannot physically be crammed into the watch.
In general, if anyone knows a suitable device for me, please advise. The budget is not limited.

Medical. But I'm afraid you won't like the price.
And cheap ones - they try to determine by the microphone. There are even apps for smartphones.
According to all reviews - shit-shit.
