1. Are there services that can remove watermarks from images, but not those where you need to manually circle each image, but for example, so that you can explain to the service once what needs to be removed, and it would remove it from thousands of images transferred via api ?
2. Assuming that there are no such solutions, how difficult would it be to implement something similar on your own without experience in such a thing? What to google? Is it something to conjure with neural networks?
In general, the task is not to learn how to do this, but to get a code that solves the problem for one particular watermark. Since there are no competencies, I would like to know how complex the code is and what amount can be considered adequate if, for example, ordering such a code outsourced.
