Are there any search engine parsing services?

The question is the following.
Are there online services with APIs that allow you to get the full results of Google for any keywords? We need a service that, for example, on the request "toy cars", would give all possible results from the issuance of Google.
I don't need keywords for this query, a semantic core, and other nonsense. I need the result of issuing Google on request. Those. Roughly speaking, you need exactly the list of sites that Google gives out as a result of the search.
What is needed is an online service with which you can interact via the JSON / XML API.
Yes, you can write this parser yourself, etc. But we need a third-party service that has already solved problems with captchas, restrictionsetc. I am fully aware that such a service will be paid, and in general I do not mind it.
I tried to google, but either I'm looking in the wrong place, or there are no such services in principle (which is strange), but I didn't find anything.
Thank you.

@mrRiver

There is one - XMLRiver
Parsing of Google search results (web, pictures, news, shopping) and Yandex.
On the web you can get a lot of useful information (advertising, quick answers, maps, sorcerers, etc.)

Read about this new Topvisor feature (it seems to be what you need):
https://topvisor.ru/support/dynamics/snapshots/
the function is new, I can't find it in the API documentation. So ask the developers:

there is no online
because you have to use a proxy on people's machines, not server ones
but for a small amount, you can almost use Google itself or emulate a browser

I don't know of any free tools. I see three options:
1. Key Collector
2. Content Downloader - a good parser, it can do everything, but you have to configure it a little with handles (basic knowledge of html is enough)
3. Write your own parser

Paid:
1. Key Collector (only 1500 rubles + costs for anti-captcha and paid proxies)
2. Magadan Pro
Free:
1. Slovoeb 2.0 (stripped down Key Collector)
2. Magadan Lite
3. Yandex WordStater (Google Chrome extension)

I use a-parser for parsing Yandex, Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo and other search engines.
Try setting up the necessary parsing on the demo account and see if you can solve the most difficult tasks, both for an effective seo strategy and for many other business purposes.
