Are there any PYTHON libraries for reading SIE financial file?

There is such a file format as SIE (financial document format), I need to parse it using python and carefully generate some kind of diksheneri, for example. Python is constantly evolving and there are a lot of libraries for it, but I could not find a library for SIE on python, the only thing I found was this one written in Ruby
