Are there any prospects for Zend Framework 3?

Is Zend Framework 3 Deep Learning Worth It?
Is it possible to start writing a large long-playing project on it?
What problems might there be with it in the future (performance, specialists, support, expansion)?

@asumin

Is it possible to start writing a large long-term project on it?

Can. Magento, Piwik, Apigility are proof of this.
Performance. The framework has never experienced performance problems.
Specialists. There are quite a few vacancies, and, accordingly, specialists working with the Zend Framework, if we talk about RF and compare with Yii.
Support. The framework is actively developing, for example, last year there were more than 20 releases. But with the community, it is clearly worse than other popular frameworks. Many questions on Stack Overflow remain unanswered. I generally keep quiet about the Russian-speaking ZF community.
Extension. Ever since the second version, the Zend Framework has a flexible modular system that allows it to be easily expanded. The official zfmodules.com repository has almost 700 modules for every taste.
