Are there any most aesthetic boxes for placing the wires of the cable channel?

The situation is this - a TV hangs on the wall, under it there is a glass shelf, there is a router on the shelf.
Thus, a vertical noodle of wires is obtained - power cables from the router and the TV set, ethernet from the router to the TV set, antenna coaxial from the TV set to the socket, incoming cable from the socket to the router, two cables from the router to sockets (local wiring to rooms) - in short, quiet horror.
There was a desire to put it all in some kind of box, so that at least it would go along the wall alone, and not 100,500 multi-colored wires hanging.
Accordingly, two questions:
1. Are there any maximally aesthetic boxes (so as not to hang a simple office white thing)? The wall is light peach, the LeGrand sockets are about the same.
2. What are the cable channels attached to? I don’t want to make holes in the wall, can they be fixed with double tape, or something like that? ..

Googled, googled - and so far I'm leaning towards this - techelectro.ru/prod/ties/bcp

1. Do not drink your brain and look towards Legrand (there are even semicircular ones).
2. As an option, gouge the wall to the plinth and lead all the wires through it.
3. Or use some kind of rack. And through it, raise the wires to the desired level.
