Are there any methods of receiving funds from the sale of applications on Google Play for residents of Ukraine?

As stated on the Google help page , Ukraine is not yet among the countries whose residents can sell applications on Google Play. It states that Google may not be able to pay out if you are located in a country not listed above and do not have the required bank account to receive payments .
Are there any workarounds (and preferably as legal as possible) to receive funds?
We are not talking about app monetization through ads and the use of third-party app stores.

There is no legal way. Unless through acquaintances from other countries where this is allowed.

Has the situation changed somehow at the moment for the residents of Ukraine/Belarus? Can developers sell their apps on Google Play and earn money?
