If you more or less understand the syntax of objective-c, then I recommend "Teach me xCode", where the proger teaches the designer. And then just practice ... The main thing is to be able to google, you will already gain experience there)))
I myself started studying this reality show about a year and a half or two ago. Then he wrote a calculator, to-do, chat. All this is purely for myself, and after two months I decided to take the order. Later switched to Swift. But in any case, knowledge of objective-c is useful.
