You need to quickly master FC at some basic level. It is clear that there are no normal Russian-language resources for this software in the volume and quality in which they are available for Adobe Premiere. I found Generalov's book - it didn't fit. Now I started to study according to the official documentation, but there is not enough English, there are too many specifics and terms. Is there a good paid intensive that you could recommend? Or called himself a load - pull up English?

And the second question: why in the vacancies at HH Premier is multiple times more popular than Final-Kata? Therefore, why is Windows more popular in Russia than Macos, do I understand correctly? Or wrong?

For a basic level, lessons with YT are enough (the main interface, working with the timeline and outputting material). Search the net and read Sokolovsky's book. Davinci Resolve has an excellent free version, and there are thousands of lessons on YT from the Russian community, it works on Mac, including m1. Terminology in the professional environment will always be English, this is already an established standard.
