Are there any good anti keylogger programs?

Do you use such, if so, which ones, you didn’t really google such reviews, those that you found write not very reliable.

* firewall (the keylogger itself is useless, so it must upload the loot somewhere)

Secure - one-time passwords.
And from the client side, we can only talk about a certain level of reliability. It all depends on the probability and completeness of breaking into your car. After a Trojan / rootkit is planted on you, the utilities will not help much. (ok, they will help, but again only in certain cases..)
Follow best practices, update frequently, use antivirus software, don't go to suspicious sites, don't run scripts from the internet, monitor, use these utilities, etc.
If paranoia allows - use an isolated and hardened trusted device for critical transactions and only for these transactions.
