Are there any free third party DataGrids for WPF that work like a DataGridView in Windows Forms?

Tell me, are there free third-party analogues of DataGridView from WindowsForms for WPF (so that operations for working with data in the grid can be hung on events)? Binding my data in the current implementation is impossible, there is only one way out - to implement everything by hand (adding / deleting / editing). The standard DataGrid is not suitable due to mandatory binding.
