Are there any examples of a server for storing site video files?

Hello. You can throw off a link to an example of organizing a server for storing video files on the site. Preferably with pictures and a description of the characteristics, I want to figure out how to build such a server more competently. Will there be any problems when connecting a SATA HDD via an additional Sata controller PCI-Express 2.0, etc.
