Take any C# book, install Visual Studio for Mac, be sure to select .NET Core when installing in loads, create a new .NET Core console project and go through the book and examples from the Internet!

There is official documentation. The language itself, however, is the same (+-), so read any book.

and you probably need a stack of technologies, and now they have a new .net standard coming out, you probably need to read more about it.
