Hello! Are there any limits on traffic in free vps from amazon? Somewhere I saw information that there is 15GB of traffic per month, but where can I find out about it for sure?

There are no limits. Pay as u go / pay that u use payment system). There are free limits free tier. All incoming traffic to the cloud is always free, and outgoing traffic is paid. Details must be considered for each of the services
