Are there any android apps that will automatically copy files from one folder to another?

I need the files to be immediately copied from, conditionally, folder A to folder B. That is, as soon as the file appears in folder A, it must immediately be copied in folder B. If there is no such application, then how and where can I write a program , which will perform this function? And is it possible?
