Are there any alternatives to the Lebedev decoder?

At one time, I repeatedly used a rather convenient thing - artlebedev.ru/tools/decoder There you drive in almost any kind of "kryakozyabry" and you get the Russian text that was originally behind it in the correct encoding.

Now (years passed, I completely switched to Linux) I wanted to use it again and found that it flatly did not want to work in any browser (tried Firefox 3.6, Opera 11, IE 7 through Wine). In general, as far as I understand, either the service is dead or does not support Linux in principle, or something else.

Does anyone know alternatives - services (or local programs) that solve the same problem (getting readable Russian text from incorrect (inappropriate) or simply unreadable (like quoted printable, %- or &- codes) encoding)?

The text decoder is not sharpened for any specific set of characters, it produces several results if it does not see unambiguity in the results of decoding the bugs
