Are there analogues of getpocket, or similar in functionality (with free basic functions)?

A question similar to mine has already been discussed here, but the solutions proposed in it did not quite satisfy my needs. The question is:
There is a getpocket.com delayed reading service, it allows you to save pictures, videos, links, pages, etc. for further reading and viewing. But when saving a large amount of material, confusion results, because you cannot create folders in which to place the saved material, and tags do not cope with their function. Please advise analogues of getpocket.com

- more suitable as a bookmark manager and there is no way to save a piece of text, but only the whole page
