Are there alternatives to Spoon/Xenocode Studio?

I am looking for an open \ free alternative to Spoon Studio (formerly called Xenocode Virtual Appliance Studio), in order to decouple the application on the sharp from the framework on the target machine, by "thrusting" this machine into the application binary.
Preferably up-to-date (supported).

Richter's book mentions that it is possible to build code with native calls. This is described in one of the first chapters, I don’t remember exactly how it is called, but there is something like that.
