Are there alternatives to NanoHTTPD?

There is currently an issue with nanohttpd streaming large files https://github.com/NanoHttpd/nanohttpd/issues/232. This is a big problem I faced when writing a streaming service on android. This makes video streaming impossible. So I'm considering alternatives to nanohttpd. The main thing is that it should be lightweight like nanohttpd.
