Are there alternatives to CryptoPro?

Actually, the need is this (everything in a batch, non-interactive mode):

..it is necessary to request an array of random data, sign it with the UKEP and send it back for verification.

Well, to the heap:
only supports connections secured with TLS/HTTPS algorithms:
ssl_protocols: TLSv1
ssl_ciphers: GOST2012-GOST8912-GOST8912

Actually, as I understand it, I have one way - to CryptoPro, I just wanted to clarify, maybe there are some alternatives?
Well, for clarity: will only CryptoPro CSP be enough or what other licenses will you need to purchase from them?

CryptoPro CSP itself is just a crypto provider. It enables other tools to use GOST cryptography.
For the web, you also need to install the cryptopro browser plug-in, which seems to be free.
If you need to encrypt files on the command line, then you need to use the appropriate utility (cryptcp) - for Windows it is provided for a separate fee.
For use by users, you can use CryptoARM - a graphical interface for third-party crypto operations.
Or you can use CryptoPro CSP in your application - you can use CryptoAPI to work with CryptoPro CSP.

CryptoPro has an alternative, and even free and even with the FSB certificate, ViPNet CSP 4.2. But, as rightly noted above, despite the declared free competition, CryptoPro is actually a monopolist in state IS. I tested a bunch of ViPNet CSP 4.2 + ViPNet CryptoFile as a free replacement for CryptoPro 4 + CryptoARM, EPs were released in two different CAs, according to GOST-2001 and GOST-2012, but the CAs used Crypto Pro software and I didn’t succeed.
