Are there additional components for Material Design Light?

Good day!
In order to reduce the development time of the site on Material Design, it was decided to take the Material Design Light Framework as a basis, since, unlike other frameworks, it corresponds to the Google guidelines as much as possible.
But having started writing the site, we faced a situation where in reality the presented components are completely lacking, we have to translate the Google guideline and, based on the parameters, write new blocks from MD. As a result, the development time was not reduced, but became even longer.
And now the actual question is, has anyone come across libraries or separate components for Material Design Light from third-party developers? Or maybe you know where and how to look, otherwise our searches are inconclusive, although the Framework is well-known and supposedly popular.

@MrBikus

Dude, drop getmdl from google, grab vuemdl posva.net/vue-mdl is MDL implemented in Vue.js. On it, in which case, it will be easier to write components posva.net/vue-mdl/#custom-components
