Are the Yandex metrica and Google Analytics servers heavily loaded?

Yesterday I discussed with technical specialists about the possibility of connecting Google analytics to the NBRK website.
Connecting two analysts to one website (Yandex and Google) will greatly slow down its performance.
Do they really slow down page loading?

This is js. They are executed on the client and do not load your server at all, only the Yandex and Google servers, respectively. Don't worry about them, they'll handle it.
Either they are not so "specialists", or not very "technical", or you misunderstood them, or asked the question in the wrong way.

The asynchronous counter code will not affect page loading speed.
If you plan to set up a lot of different tracking and all sorts of goodies through GTM - yes, it can reduce the speed.
In order not to worry, conduct 2 speed tests - before and after installing the meters.

they do not load the server at all, since they are essentially static code on the site, they are loaded asynchronously after everything else has loaded, so in fact 99 percent of the sites have no effect on loading speed.

Remove the counters for the onload event - then it won't slow down on the client either.
Otherwise, it may slow down if the client has a poor connection with the metrics / analytics servers.
