Are the cracks sent from the Viber bot backend to the user?
Hello!
There is a problem with localization in Viber Bot.
When a user sends a message in Cyrillic or using emoji, the backend bot receives a text message in normal form, but when sending a response to the user, the debugger shows that the same normal text (Cyrillic) was sent, and when displayed in Viber itself (which is from the desktop , which is from mobile) are displayed kryakozyabra in the form "? ????? ?? ????? ??" .
The question is, who is to blame?) And what can be done to resolve this issue?
PS: we tried to turn the Cyrillic alphabet into escaped characters and send them to the user in this way, as a result, the user sees the same escaped characters.

The default encoding in both the server and the virtual environment must be utf-8.
Check with locale!
Also check in the interactive console if you have python then through the shell -
From the keyboard in the virtual environment, can you write in Russian in Cyrillic font ??
