Are ResNets from Microsoft Experts Convolutional Neural Networks?

In terms of ResNets model architecture , is this model essentially a convolutional neural network?

ResNet seems to be an architecture of links between layers, not a layer architecture. Those. it can be applied to the usual fully connected layers, and to convolutional, and to any others that come up.
