Are reliable transactions with anonymous people possible online?

My task is to pay for the services of an anonymous Internet specialist (everything is legal, technical assistance). Is there a way to make such a deal online and with a guarantee of performance, given that it is impossible to legally conclude a contract?
On the Internet you can find many sites with the so-called guarantor, but there are also a lot of reviews about fraud in this area. If you have used similar services or know other ways to make a deal with a guarantee, please share your experience.

We have already talked about the guarantor.
If an intermediary is not desirable, then you can use cryptocurrencies, or rather multisig, in fact, this is the ability to create transactions that will work only if the specified number of people from the participants in the transaction accept (sign), the lack of an approach, a deal with cryptocurrencies is still inconvenient for many , but different constructions are possible, for example, both participants in the transaction block certain amounts and it is not profitable for both of them to freeze it for a long time.

Absolutely not.
Although you can somehow make a deal through the guarantor, it’s better not to deal with anonymous people
