Are Linux hotkeys very different from Windows hotkeys when working on the desktop?
For example, does Linux (CentOS) have such hotkeys?
WIN + D - minimize all windows
CTRL + W - close the active window
And is it possible to provide the same convenience of hotkeys in CentOS (desktop work) as in Windows?

Go to the keyboard settings, hotkeys and configure it as you like and darling.
Unlike Windows, on Linux you are not limited to one desktop - there are plenty of them to choose from. Everyone has their own hotkeys by default, but there is almost always freedom of choice - you can remap all the keys to combinations that are convenient for you.
On what desktop? Without taking the .ops off the chair, I will name at least a dozen DEs, in which there are completely different desktops - including the settings. And each DE has settings that allow you to remap keys almost anything - and often there are already "make it like in Windows" presets, KDE definitely has it.
I won't say anything about Ctrl-W, but Alt-F4 works :)
