Are there known cases of hacks, due to vulnerabilities in frameworks, or are they frameworks, due to the fact that they do not have any vulnerabilities?

Using frameworks (especially frontend) has nothing to do with security. Security is provided by the one who thinks through the architecture of the project, the one who implements the validation logic and the one who sets up the rules and protocols for the interaction of application parts
