Are goo.gl click-through statistics lying?

2/05/2017 Traffic to the site was launched. According to statistics goo.gl prntscr.com/f4bot7 on 2/05/2017 there were about 400 clicks on this link and on 3/05/2017 about 200 clicks. The GEO shows that the main part is USA/safari/macintosh, although the traffic should be predominantly RU.
According to the statistics of the internal counter of the site where the traffic went during these days, such a number of transitions was not recorded. Moreover, these days are no different from ordinary days when there was no traffic.
