There is one online store and on each product card there is a link to the manufacturer. Not closed from indexing, nofollow is not registered.
Is it bad?

In answer to your question, we can say that this is bad. A large number of outgoing links from the site is always more harm than good. Search bots do not understand whether this is a link to a manufacturer or a purchase link that is affixed by the webmaster to the promoted resource and may regard the site as a link-shop that sells links. Yandex, by the way, can generally ban for this. Google is just being pessimistic.
