Are domains still in demand with age?

Good day.
Tell me, are domains with an age (.com, .org, .net) of 1-3 years in demand? I looked at the exchanges pr-cy.ru, telderi.ru, webmanes.ru, etc. I don't see any particular activity in auctions for sites/domains. On lots for 1-3 rates. Maybe I'm not looking there? Maybe there are special sites for the sale of domains?
I remember reading an article somewhere where the author argued the influence of domain age on SEO, but that was a long time ago. How are things now?

if it’s just a spherical domain in a vacuum, then it doesn’t make sense, since search engines give an initial boost to new domains in search and raise in positions, which is not on old domains
, it makes sense to buy if a beautiful domain for brand and recognition
makes sense to buy if all this time there was a website of that the same topics and there is search traffic

Looking what domains. sex.com for example IMHO will be in demand regardless of age :) Or a domain that matches the desired trademark. He will say that pisem, net does not work like mail, but the domain is still busy;)

It makes sense if the domain is many years old and a thematic site hung on it for many years, which did not fly under the filters of search engines.

Now the young one is even better, unless of course there are no or few links to the old one.
In general, an old domain, if it has been abandoned or hacked, may be under filters, and pulling it out is long and difficult, and therefore rarely makes sense.
