Are authorization headers needed in SOAP messages when building stunel?

On the server "P" two-way authorization via TLS protocol with a client certificate. The data is sent to the "P" server using the SOAP protocol. Do I understand correctly, if on my service that provides clients with some kind of api, configure stunel to the "P" server, then SOAP messages can be sent without authorization headers, or if not, maybe I don't understand everything, can I link to the docks? Thanks
