Are Apache conflicts with Nginx possible?

Now Apache 2 is installed.
I also want to install Nginx in the system.
There are projects that work on port: 81 to 85
After I install Nginx, what are the possible problems in the system?

Perhaps, except for the ports, they have nothing to fight for. If you immediately divide them reasonably between servers, then there will be no problems.
