The customer is right here.
Landing pages have heaps of animations, full-screen pop-ups, countdown timers, annoying callback buttons, and other rubbish.
If your task is not to increase the conversion, then do what the customer wants. Especially if they are paying for it.

the customer is always right: but only time will judge him, if he wants animation, then do it, otherwise someone else will do it and cut down the money

a landing page is just that and the place where you can shove everything you can with regard to animation, transformation and other beauty. because there is one page and almost no backend and functionality as such. and you can walk around. but on normal sites this will no longer work - because lags will begin due to load even on medium computers, not to mention weak ones.
