Are all hardware drivers installed on Linux?

How to check that all drivers in Linux are installed? (Specifically - xubuntu 18.10). It is annoying that a diagonal strip "runs" in the video when scrolling on the page (slow rendering). Perhaps there are problems with something else.

view the list of devices by lshw. It also contains links to drivers.
it is not excluded and braking or jambs in the driver itself.
look for alternative drivers - nvidia ati intel and others like them.

Well, as you might guess, in general, all the drivers are not installed there.
First, there are no drivers for too old or too new devices. (Globally, this can be solved by changing the kernel version).
Secondly, proprietary drivers are often not installed or disabled by default. In Ubuntu, there is a separate section in the settings about using proprietary drivers (in particular, the video driver from NVidea)
