Are 2 PCs on the LAN not running at full speed?
There are 2 PCs in the local network
Connected with a sat5e cable
On two it shows that the speed is 1 Gbps
When I drop the file from the 1st PC to the 2nd speed of 50-70 mb, this is good.
But when I throw from the 2nd to the 1st, then the speed is only 2mb, what could be the problem?
The cable is crimped perfectly, they have already tried the factory ones and zero

What is the transfer protocol?
Is the data being written to disk? If yes - what kind of disks on the PC?

It is quite possible that the speed of the second computer is stupidly not enough for recording (for example, the disk is hdd, fragmented, there is little free space, you can get a kilobyte recording speed).
You were rightly advised to check exactly iperf network speed
ps the worst application for working with files is the Microsoft Explorer, it doesn’t work with files so much it needs to be looked for.
install far commander or at least total commander
pps consumer gigabit network cards with a microsoft network will give at most 250-300 mb / s

You need to check on two cars. Perhaps the one that successfully uploaded information to the incoming line is weak.
