ar5b95 module is it possible to make friends with arduino uno without Mini-PCI Express? Connect directly to contacts, help pliz. Here is the datasheet for the module...

I don’t think that you will be able to parse a signal from a differential pair with an arduino “without anything” and form a response differential signal along with a clock signal (also differential) at frequencies comparable to the operating frequencies in a PCI-e controller.
In addition, you will still need to figure out which commands to send when and actually emulate the PCI-e controller with an arduino. Are you sure you can fit everything you need into memory?
If you need wi-fi, buy a specialized module, you are unlikely to do anything with this module.
