Apps-external Owncloud solution?

Good day! I tried to set up a cloud solution for myself in LAN and came across a problem.
I did everything on Centos 7 according to the article (I apologize if you can’t post links to other sites)
https://aeb-blog.ru/linux/ustanovka-owncloud-na-ce...
1) Well, the virtual machine - goes to Ip owncloud address - from other machines from the local network - does not want to in any way
2) And the second (probably the most important problem) is on the virtual machine where the server is raised:

1. Is the virtual machine available from the network at all? How does it get into the network? what about the firewall on it, on centos7 it is enabled by default (like selinux, by the way, which is part of the answer to the second question)
2. what about the rights to /var/www/html/owncloud for the user from which the application is running?
Well, I’ll add that instead of all this horror, I would raise nextcloud , in docker using docker-compose.

1) Yes, I work via ssh from a remote location on a virtual machine. Virtual machines on VB - Through the
