Approximately how long will it take to set up SSL?

How long does it take on average to set up SSL on NGINX? (from an average administrator who has experience with LUNIX and NGINX, in other words, from hoster support)
if 1 hour, is this considered the norm?
those. there is a working server on the 80th port.
the task is to throw my certificates (.key and .crt) and make HTTPS work
. And the second question, is it possible to somehow see the history of all bash commands from under the root?

history - log in as root and write history
SSL setup takes 5 minutes after the certificates are ready.
Self-written certificates are also a few minutes, the execution of more serious ones takes from minutes to days, but this is not personal time.

It depends on many factors, on qualifications, knowledge of syntax, the speed of googling config examples.
10 minutes is enough for someone, and 1 hour is visible that unit of time below which it is probably not interesting for the system administrator to take if he asks to pay for his work.

One - https://mozilla.github.io/server-side-tls/ssl-conf...
Two - https://certbot.eff.org/
Three - nginx -t
Four - service nginx reload
"Toss certificates" , as you put it - five minutes. Since we are talking about hosting support, it takes an hour not to actually add, but to sort out other tickets in the queue in front of yours.
